Year 2024, after a strange series of natural catastrophes struck, the world was left in post-apocalyptical ruins and mankind struggled to rebuild their countries. Another depression era has begun, in a little island city build on reclaimed land, crime lords, triads and thugs sought out for competition to survive the economy crisis and fight over the reign for the city. To make matters worse, a mysterious force that belies the city has given the people cannibalistic tendencies! 18 year old Xuan and his partner, Liang, a serial rapist-cum-murderer, were given a task by a triad boss to eliminate the rival triads and cannibals.

The plot sets in Hell where Nazir, young
